Nice rainy weekend - perfect for painting! Going to go thru the lessons from this book to learn to paint better flowers. It's easy to over-work them and make mud out of paints! Mud is good next to a puddle, but not in a flower! :-)

Hello ~ Your Watercolor Book has peaked my interest yet again about trying to learn to paint something ~ I LOVE flowers. I thought that watercolors might be a bit more forgiving to try. Your book looks like I MIGHT be able to produce a flower or two. I see that you are a leftie, and also thought that the diagrams shown with a leftie would also help me. Any suggestions on other books you have would also be of help to me. Can a total watercolor beginner follow your book? Thank You! Jody

Hi Jody! I am not the author of this book - Wendy Tait is - and it's an excellent book to learn how to paint fresh flowers using her watercolor techniques! And yes, I think a beginner can learn from her book!! Let me know how it goes!!!
