Ever wonder what an artist's home looks like? My husband is very kind to me and lets me play a LOT with the walls and such. We've decided to move on a lake in either NC or Southern VA. We had my dear friend and REALTOR, Stacey Lee come out and take a look and do a comparative market analysis for us. We liked what she had to say, and then asked about what we might do to make it sell faster and for the best price! Here comes the staging!!!! Each room to have a focal point/purpose; neutral colors; and a lot less clutter! After a week, here are our results:
