One of my favorite parts of Disney World is all the fabulous flowers growing throughout each park. As an additional treat, Epcot had an International garden show which added even more incredible flowers! I have lots of material to create paintings from and couldn't be happier!!
We saw two great shows at Hollywood Studios - the Indiana Jones - and the stunt show "Lights, Motors, Action". Both were very good. And we saw "One Man's Dream" - that we had never seen before - story of Walt Disney - just fabulous!!! Makes me love him and his creativity even more!! The Muppet Show was cute - and we went on the new Star Tours 3D ride - very fun!!
We love the safari ride - so beautifully done - and the animals seem so content in their natural habitat! The Kilimanjaro ride is really fast and fun! The Lion King show is fabulous - the music just touches your soul and warms your heart! The dinosaur rides were fun - just a perfect day enjoying the park!
We love Epcot - the space ride to Mars has terrific G forces and you can't move your head and your smile sticks to the back of your neck! And the Fast Track is really fun - went on both of those several times! They won't let you take photos during "Soaring" - feels like you are in a glider flying over the best spots of California! The World Showcase is always fun - the various countries are depicted so beautifully - each telling a story - many with their special foods and some with rides! The Norwegian ride was down this time - rats- very cute!!! So much to see!!!
The easiest way to share photos with family and friends is to post them on my website. They have a little bit to do with my artwork - I took lots of photos of flowers in hopes of painting them! But mostly we were just 2 nine year old kids having a wonderful time!
What a delightful day! I grew up in Montana and have always had a deep love and admiration for Native Americans. Today I attended the first annual Occoneechee Pow Wow in Chase City, VA. The arts and crafts were gorgeous. The music was wonderful - from the pounding of the drums that matched my heartbeat, the beautiful singing,to the flutes! The dancing was the best! Please enjoy the show:
