New Year's Celebration in Savannah, GA

We wanted to do something different this year - instead of falling asleep on the couch and missing the ball dropping on TV!  :-)  So we took a bus trip to Savannah, GA!  We spent New Year's Eve at the Savannah Theatre to see the show "Savannah Live"!  It was incredible!!!!  Very talented people - they sang, they danced, they had instrument solos - pianist and sax player were fabulous...they did a little opera, a lot of rock and roll, and everything in between!  After the show they played music so the audience could get up on stage and dance - and they had free champagne to ring in the New Year!  It was the BEST!!!  We toured Jekyll Island and St Simons Island with a great locally born and raised tour guide!  And the third day we wen to the River Walk and really enjoyed the shops!!
